Host an Event

Book Your Next Event with Us!

Are you looking for a space to host your next celebration or event? Look no further! We have 3 rental options available to meet your needs.  


Rates for the La Belle Room:

  • $200 total (4 hours) or $300 (6 hours).*
  • Maximum Number of People: up to 35.


Rates for the 1st Floor: 

  • $400 total (4 hours) or $600 (6 hours).*
  • Maximum Number of People: up to 80.

Rates for the Entire Museum:

  • $600 total (4 hours) or $900 (6 hours).*
  • Maximum Number of People: up to 115.


If you interested in booking for all day or for less than 4 hours, please contact the museum for rates.


* A $100 security/cleaning fee due upon booking. Total payment is due 2 days (48 hours) prior to the event. The security/cleaning fee will be refunded within 5 business days after the event if you clean up. No security/cleaning refund if the event is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. If you reserved one floor, you may not use the other floor for overflow. You will be charged for the rental of the both floors if this occurs.


Non-profits: The upstairs La Belle Room is available for up to 90 minute meetings, free of charge, depending on availability.

  • 3 - 6 foot long rectangular tables
  • 2 - 8 foot long rectangular tables
  • 8 - 4 foot long, narrow rectangular tables
  • Assorted black table cloths 
  • 24 folding blue fabric padded chairs
  • 30 folding blue plastic padded chairs
  • 15 non-folding orange chairs
  • 17 non-folding tan fiberglass chairs
  • Guest Wi-Fi
  • Projector and screen
  • Mono PA/Speaker system (Bluetooth enabled)
  • Clean men's and women's restrooms
